Leave about 1/2" to 3/4" excess cording and squeeze the crimp bead with crimping pliers. Trim the excess wire. I have used these crimps with Beadalon's thick 49 strand .024" wire. These have been my go-to crimp beads for years!
Outside diameter is 1.5mm; inside diameter is 1 mm.
